Job Responsibilities: - Drive HR Performance, Progression & Compensation Strategies: - Implement new strategies and initiatives tied to the transformation of our Performance, Progression and Compensation function, ensuring smooth alignment across teams. - Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Performance, Progression, and Compensation, providing financial and business management insights and recommendations . Lead Partnership, Connection and Collaboration: - Connect initiatives and insights across performance, progression and compensation and all HR functions; identify cross overs and coordinate efficiencies Enhance Team Operations: - Collaborate with Leadership to refine the team's operating model, focusing on strategy, priorities, OKRs, and governance. Data & Insights: - Analyze business data and create impactful reports and presentations for senior management. Lead Reporting: - Prepare Business Reviews, Objective Reviews, other regular reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
