About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate full-time Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to join our team. These positions will be responsible for providing skill and support development to consumers in their living, learning, working and social environment within the framework of a service plan. The ideal candidate will provide skill development and support one-to-one relationships, prepare service plans, and assist in the development of strategies to enable our consumers to meet their rehabilitation goals.
