Min USD $30.23/Hr. Max: USD $48.37/Hr. Overview: ***Sign-on bonuses up to $20,000.00*** The Registered Nurse-ED will be responsible for delegation, supervision, and provision of evidence-based nursing care for a designated group of patients through utilization of the nursing process. Provides age appropriate patient care. Provides age appropriate patient care. Implements evidence-based findings into practice and participates in research as appropriate. ( FT OVERNIGHTS) Licensure/Certification/Registry: Experience: - Current RN license in the State of Illinois required. - Maintains Healthcare Provider BLS certification. - Maintains ACLS provider, PALS provider (must be completed within 12 months of hire) - TNCC or TNS, ECRN or ENPC certifications preferred. - Meets credit range for Clinical Ladder levels as follows (12 months experience as a registered nurse is required in order to apply for promotion in the clinical ladder): - Clinical Nurse I: Registered Nurse who achieves a range of 0-12 credits on the Clinical Ladder - Behavior Grid.
