Job Description: Essential Job Functions: - Support business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project success. - Assist in writing clear, step-by-step business procedures, supporting business users across key operations functional areas. - Lead training efforts in support of business operations, including the development of comprehensive training plans and the delivery of training sessions on core DXC systems and processes. - Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism and support. - Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience - Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support business goals and operational excellence.
