Presentation Design Director

Job description

We are seeking a Presentation Design Director to join our dynamic corporate design team primarily supporting Alexandria’s San Francisco Bay Area (SFBA) regional and team. The incumbent will have the unique opportunity to work across all business groups providing mission-critical messaging, material, and brand awareness for both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will be curious and excited to work on and to learn about a variety of subjects from real estate and finance to life science and investments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: o Tenant, investor, and internal presentations o Financial charts, graphs, and infographics o Promotional items and employee communications o Brochures, ads, invitations, posters, and programs o Digital communication assets (emails, video walls, etc.) o Manage deadlines with the internal team and the project production needs. o Manage the SFBA’s regional digital asset bank. o Organize and manage photo and video shoots. o Coordinate marketing initiatives, including branding and advertising efforts. - Maintain and enforce the Alexandria brand and corporate branding guidelines across all material produced or edited. - Work closely...
