Specialist, Tax Reporting & Compliance

Job description

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Support Wealth Management Tax and front‑office team members with tax-related inquiries and day‑to‑day tax processing needs - Process tax payments and refund checks, and submit payments to various taxing authorities in a timely and controlled manner - Accurately sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing income mail, ensuring proper handling, packaging, and addressing - Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain alignment and accuracy across tax-related processes - Manage risk by ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within tax reporting and operations To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
