About the Role As a Behavioural Science Consultant, you will drive end-to-end delivery of Swiss Re’s Behavioural Consulting and support origination and sales across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in expanding our regional footprint and establishing Behavioural Science as a sustainable, revenue-generating value proposition. This is a client-facing role with strong commercial responsibility. You will own a portfolio of projects—from supporting sales efforts to delivering high-impact behavioural interventions for our clients. The role is preferably based in London or Paris, with flexibility for other locations. Responsibilities: Drive commercial growth by supporting sales, developing client relationships, and positioning behavioural science solutions internally and externally Design and deliver behavioural interventions (nudges) grounded in theory (e.g. COM-B), using methods such as journey mapping, qualitative interviews, and quantitative surveys Apply rigorous testing approaches (e.g. RCTs, A/B testing) to measure and demonstrate impact Contribute to go-to-market strategy and help scale a replicable, commercially viable behavioural science offering across EMEA - Lead beha...
