Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly employees across multiple U.S. locations, while also assisting with select salaried recruiting initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR, and community organizations to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. The position is based out of the corporate or a site Repair office with a hybrid work schedule, requires regular travel to support hiring events, and demands the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
