About the Role: As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in our Platform team, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and resilience of the systems powering the tourism industry. You will apply software engineering principles to solve complex operational challenges and drive automation and proactive improvements across our platform. What You Will Do: - Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets to improve system reliability and performance - Design and maintain observability solutions across metrics, logs, and traces to provide actionable insights - Contribute to the incident response processes and facilitate blameless post-mortems to drive continuous improvement - Automate operational tasks such as deployments, rollbacks, and recovery to reduce manual effort and toil - Collaborate with Platform Engineers to embed reliability...
