Responsibilities : Requirements: - Provide strategic and pragmatic advice to clients on a range of employment law and workplace safety matters. - Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders. - Handle employment disputes and litigation. - Provide support for transactional matters, including outsourcing. - Draft employer responses to legal claims and letters of demand. - Policy and contract reviews. - 5+ PQE working in Australia. - Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Laws and the Fair Work Act. - Awareness of new or pending federal and state legislation, rules and regulations and industry developments and trends. - Experie...
