Job description

Position Summary The Team Lead will work closely with the Manager to ensure team members remain current with procedures, policies, and operational processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. The role supports the identification and implementation of operational efficiencies and plays a key leadership role in executing operational, tactical, and strategic initiatives.
