Job Summary The Benefits Coordinator & Team Lead provides advanced support in the administration of health and welfare benefit programs and retirement plans and is the first point of contact for the daily operations of benefits functions. This role helps ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of benefits services by providing guidance on complex benefit and retirement inquiries, coordinating key programs, and supporting employee and departmental needs. The position also serves as a subject matter resource and first point of escalation, while coordinating programs such as Leave of Absence and Wellness Program.
