Job Description General Summary: The Associate Director, Global Revenue Technical Accounting will lead and oversee the company’s revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606) and other relevant accounting standards. This role will involve managing complex revenue transactions, ownership of the accounting policies and training curriculum, and leading the collaboration with cross-functional teams to support revenue related financial reporting requirements. The Associate Director will also play a critical role in audits, SEC filings, and the development of training tools for the revenue accounting team. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee the process for evaluating and documenting the revenue recognition (ASC 606) for customer contracts and reimbursement agreements - Oversee the accounting review of new agreements and complex gross-to-net transactions, ensuring accurate and consistent application of technical accounting conclusions across products and regions - Own and maintain the revenue recognition policies and procedures, collaborating with international and North American revenue accounting teams - Prepare and present quarterly contract summarie...
