Lead Developer AI (Consulting Assignment) We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer specializing in Artificial Intelligence for a long-term consulting assignment in Sweden. Location & Work Setup Hybrid role (onsite in Sundsvall, minimum 3 days/week) Full-time assignment Long-term opportunity with extension possibility Role Overview You will lead the development of AI solutions and contribute to building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems. The assignment is in an early-stage and evolving environment where initiative and independent problem-solving are essential. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI-based system solutions Build and maintain scalable AI platforms and data pipelines Work with Generative AI, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines Ensure security, quality, and robustness of AI systems Establish development standards, architecture patterns, and best practices Collaborate in agile teams across development and operations Required Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience as a software developer (preferably 8+ years overall) Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI solutions Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift environments Strong Git-based development workflo...
