YOUR MISSION: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technical Department, ensuring proper document management and operational coordination, as well as administrative support in the management of technical incidents within the Helpdesk area. This role contributes to efficient communication, procedural compliance, and support across the different areas involved.
