Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Operations Center

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in strategy and operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or other relevant advanced degree. - Experience with Google products or services and familiarity with the Google Operations Center (GOC). - Experience developing compelling, executive-facing presentations with the ability to build productive relationships and lead discussions with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work separately and effectively within a global, highly cross-functional environment. - Ability to translate insights into action, including developing compelling business cases and implementing strategic recommendations. - Excellent organizational, investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to separately manage multiple concurrent projects and balance analysis with big-picture thinking.
