General Purpose Perform all marketing activities of new business and remarkets of existing accounts upon request. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers, producers, and company personnel. Meet marketing and quality standards adopted by the agency. Contribute to complex aspects of requests, issues, and problems. Work independently and collaboratively. Function as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Respond to new business prospects and remarket requests per agency established timelines - In collaboration with loss control and claims team, Review, evaluate and analyze third-party contracts, MOD reports, OSHA logs, safety procedures, employee handbooks, and return-to-work programs to develop risk mitigation strategies. - Oversee the internal implementation of service plan agreements, ensuring all commitments are executed by the appropriate team members. - Ensure compliance with internal workflows, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. - Provide technical support to producer to benefit customer and to reach agency's strategic business goals - Pre-qualify insurance prospects according to agency standard...
