Position Overview: In this role, you will support the maintenance of Fraser’s residential and commercial facilities and equipment, ensuring a clean, safe, functional, and professional environment. You will identify, assess, and resolve a variety of maintenance issues, ranging from general upkeep to more advanced repairs and troubleshooting. Partner with the Facilities Manager on a regular basis to communicate new and ongoing maintenance or janitorial needs across all Fraser properties.
