About the Role: - ShareSorted is experiencing rapid growth and expansion across our residential portfolio, and we are building out a high-performance operations team to support this scale. - We’re searching for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join us as a full-time, in-house operator, taking full ownership of maintenance operations and issue resolution across a large and growing portfolio. - As we continue to expand, this role will play a critical part in maintaining service standards, driving fast job completion, and ensuring occupant issues are resolved quickly and professionally. - You will be responsible for managing all incoming maintenance through PropertyMe, operating as the central point of control between occupants, contractors, and internal teams. - This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on execution, speed, and outcomes. You will be expected to take control, move quickly, and deliver results daily in a fast-scaling environment.
