Job Overview Under the general direction of the Associate Dean, the incumbent coordinates and implements student-facing initiatives that support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, graduation, career readiness, and community partnership efforts within the College of Humanities, Arts, Behavioral and Social Sciences (CHABSS). The incumbent serves as a primary point of contact for student and faculty questions related to general student services, facilitates student support and referral processes, coordinates college-level student success initiatives, supports outreach and onboarding efforts, and assists in strengthening experiential learning and employer partnerships aligned with the CHABSS strategic plan. Position Summary: Student Lifecycle Specialist (Student Services Professional II) This is a full-time, exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.
