About the role The practice lead - clinical provides expert clinical leadership across our community-based care services supporting our teams to deliver safe, connected, person-centred care. This role champions implementation of clinical and care governance frameworks provides clinical expertise in the design and coordination of services, identification and management of recipient health-care related risks and support workforce capability in developing educational resources to our workforce. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: - leading the development, implementation, and continuous review of clinical governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and care models aligned with best practice - providing expert guidance to ensure services are delivered in accordance with safe, high‑quality care standards, with a specific focus on child and family, youth, disability, and mental health services. - leading, implementing, and monitoring quality improvement initiatives that strengthen care delivery, promote safety, improve recipient outcomes, and enhance organisational performance related to safe care practices - driving a proactive approach to compliance and risk managemen...
