Agency: Baptist Health Home Care: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15AM - 5:00PM SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician by following the order sets created by the RNCM within specified geographical territory. The LPN educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The LPN is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations.
