As a welder, you can expect a varied role, producing high-quality and demanding components in small batch sizes for the medical technology and railway industries. Job Description: - Welding of thin sheet metal components and assemblies made of aluminum, stainless steel, and steel - Independent work based on technical drawings and work instructions - Processing of high-quality housing components using various welding, grinding, and testing technologies - Contributing ideas for improving efficiency and quality Qualifications: - Solid welding training with a focus on TIG (WIG) and MAG welding processes, as well as knowledge of spot and stud welding - Welding certification according to EN ISO 9606-1 and EN ISO 9606-2 - Careful and precise work in accordance with welding instructions - Independent and self-reliant working style - Strong quality awareness and team-oriented mindset Additional Information: This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
