The incumbent coordinates, plans, and supports the operational readiness of the Special Needs Shelter (SpNS) Program to ensure preparedness for disasters and public health emergencies. The position supports planning, training, exercises, and operational coordination with county partners, including the Department of Emergency Management, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders.
