We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Poland. This is a fully on-site position from Warsaw office! ✅ Responsibilities: - Request and collect necessary personal documents and data from new hires. - Verify completeness and compliance of documentation with internal and legal standards. - Update and maintain employee records in the HR tool - HiBob. - Prepare employment contracts and annexes in line with organisational and legal requirements. - Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and filed appropriately. - Handle administrative aspects of contract changes (e.g., promotions, salary adjustments). - Manage termination processes, including documentation and offboarding steps. - Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding admini...
