Job Responsibilities: - Assists with the development and execution of strategic merchandise plans to maximize product sales. Manages partner base and KPIs for merchandising categories. Ensures that merchandise plans are aligned and compliment overall Merchandising business plans and strategies. - Evaluates vendor capabilities as merchandise suppliers and selects those best suited to compliment the company’s merchandising strategies. Develops and grows business relationships with supplier/vendors. - Recommends changes in processes to improve service, quality, and/or reduce costs.
