Job Overview: We are looking for an Operations Manager with the growth potential of becoming a Project Manager to support APTIM's nuclear decontamination and decommissioning (D&D) projects at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory (KAPL in Niskayuna, New York). This position will be responsible for effectively planning and managing work activities to achieve project objectives in compliance with contract terms and conditions. The position will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined operations and support team, developing project plans, procedures, and work control packages, and ensure required resources are available to achieve the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS). The position will also be responsible for implementing, updating, and reporting on the Performance Management Baseline for the scope, including budgets, costs, and schedules to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient performance. Travel may be periodically required.
