Overview The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently hiring dedicated and hardworking team members to join our full-time production team in Bells, TN! Availability for specific departments/shifts depends on current job openings. 1st Shift time: 10AM-7PM, up to 6-7 days a week during our busy harvest season, including weekends. 2nd Shift time: 7PM-5:30AM, up to 6-7 days a week during our busy harvest season, including weekends. Benefits: - Benefits begin after required waiting period. - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 401k with Employer Match - Group Life Insurance Responsibilities: - Will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product, clean up, stretch wrap, busting out product, and various other duties. - Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions. - Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP). - Must keep work area clean and orderly.
