About the Clinical Administration Officer role The primary purpose of the Clinical Administration Officer role is to be the first point of contact with patients, their families, consumers, and external stakeholders and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and billing processes. The Clinical Administration Officer role has two key areas of work: 1. Patient Liaison: - Utilise well-developed interpersonal and telephone communication skills to confidentially manage incoming calls, information, responses, and follow-ups for individuals using clinic services. - Approach clients with a calm and compassionate manner. - Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. 2.
