Hope Haven is an accredited resource for disability services and advocacy. We offer service programs and support to meet a broad range of needs for children, adults, and families – from physical, mental, and intellectual to residential, vocational, and spiritual. We are currently looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help support our clients and team members. Direct Support Professionals provide support to our clients based on their individual goals, which always include making sure their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs are met. As a DSP you will have the opportunity to serve individuals with intellectual disabilities or chronic mental health conditions. The primary role of DSPs working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is to provide individualized support so clients can grow and expand their skills and confidence and live as independently as possible. DSPs do this in a variety of ways, such as supporting clients with activities of daily living, health and safety skills, communication skills, relationship skills, and social skills.
