Job Summary: At Prevea Health, the Patient Support role involves greeting and assisting patients and visitors upon arrival, offering guidance, support, and referrals to ensure a welcoming and efficient clinic experience. What you will do: - Welcomes patients and visitors as they enter clinic/department. Directs them to appropriate location including clinical, ancillary or business areas. - Helps patients needing assistance.
