Job description

We are seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety Advisor to join our HR team and play a key role in creating a safe, healthy and compliant work environment. This is a hands on, autonomous position where you will lead practical safety initiatives, provide expert guidance to leaders and employees, and ensure our WHS practices meet legislative requirements and industry best standards. In this role, you will update and implement WHS policies, conduct and coordinate risk assessments, oversee incident and hazard management, and maintain accurate safety documentation. You will support leaders in embedding safe systems of work and actively promote a positive and proactive safety culture across the organisation.
