Job Overview: A CureMD Implementation Specialist (IS) leads the implementation process to successfully onboard medical offices onto CureMD’s suite of services, including Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Electronic Health Records. As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing, and coordinating CureMD and client activities, tracking progress, and managing project risks. This is a full-time onsite (hybrid) position based out of HQ located in New York, requiring up to 40% travel. Qualifications: - Partners with clients to create and execute on-time implementation plans, balancing time and budget with high customer satisfaction. - Leads key activities including workflow assessment and optimization, roll-out planning, training plan development, change management road-mapping, Go-Live Support. - Liasons between internal and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration workflows. - Travel nationally to deliver onsite training and go-live support. - Develops and maintains expertise on all CureMD solutions. - Follows established project management SOPs...
