Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Cross-functional system and process design - Cross-Functional system requirements gathering - Review and approval of functional documentation - Risk assessment for system changes and enhancements - Cross-functional end-to-end (E2E) testing - Creation of relevant training documentation - Solution demonstrations and stakeholder walkthroughs - Continuous system improvement and optimization. - Expert level applications support. - Support P0–P1 incident management and escalation where needed.
