Spectrum Association Management is starting a new division focused on condominiums and are calling it Kiwi Condo Management. KIWI Condos is seeking an experienced and proactive candidate to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of condominium community management, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for up to 6 Condominium buildings. You will work out of the local Chandler office. This position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a customer-focused approach to maintaining high-quality living environments for condominium communities. Candidates must have 8 to 10 years of professional experience in roles where proactive effort and decisions are required. We can train you on HOA management. Developed skills in some of the following areas are helpful. Including some or all skills in customer services, administration, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, insurance, budgets, financials, legal matters, and vendor management.
