Overview Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapy Specialist (Outpatient) Location: Winter Haven, FLSchedule: Full‑time | Monday–Friday (flexible hours)Compensation: Starting at $72,000+ annually, based on experienceIncentives: $10,000 sign‑on bonus | $350/month student loan assistance Outpatient orthopedic clinic seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist with a hand therapy focus. Candidates may include new graduates with Level II hand fieldwork, OTs with 1+ year of hand therapy experience, or CHTs (preferred, not required). Caseload includes: tendon injuries, sprains/strains, post‑operative fractures; splinting preferred.
