Hourly Pay Range: $57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – Cardiology/A-Fib Clinic – Medical Group - Location: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL - Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (average of 40 hours/wk) - Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:30AM - 5PM. No weekends, holidays, or call. - Required Travel: Bannockburn and Skokie - Outpatient, Inpatient, Hybrid: Outpatient only. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen and pre/post operative instructions. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status, treatments and procedures.
