Overview We’re looking for an experienced ecommerce leader to step in as Interim VP of Ecommerce & Marketplaces during a planned leave. This role is focused on providing continuity, supporting an established team, and ensuring we stay on track against key business priorities over a defined four-month period. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can quickly build context, exercise strong judgment, and guide a high-performing team with clarity and care—while ensuring the digital experience continues to reflect our commitment to creating a home that feels like you.
