Department: 11995 Regional Non Enterprise Corporate - Plant Operations: Corporate Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 1st shift with overtime and on-call requirements. Pay Range: $68.20 - $102.30 Major Responsibilities: - Directs and oversees the safe and compliant planning, operation, repair, maintenance and testing of heating/cooling, power plant, electrical, emergency power, fire protection systems, plumbing, grounds, and carpentry within the assigned area/market sites. Reporting any trends / anomalies to their Facilities AVP and site administrative leaders. - Implements departmental operating expense budget and assures budget is maintained within acceptable parameters for each assigned site. - Directly responsible for development of capital infrastructure budgets, short-term and long-term (5 years) for sites within area. Responsible for maintaining approved capital infrastructure projects within budget.
