Description This position is contingent upon successful contract award. Instructors will deliver tactical training to Active and Reserve component naval and expeditionary personnel. Instructors will assist with training evolutions, curriculum development, and assessment. This role is focused on providing high-risk instructional support in small arms, crew-served weapons, and maritime security tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in naval coastal warfare or special operations and a proven track record of maintaining the highest safety standards in dynamic live-fire environments. Key Responsibilities: - Instructional Delivery: Lead classroom and practical field training for small arms (M9/M18, M4/M16, M500) and crew-served weapons. Deliver classroom and field instruction in accordance with approve curricula and instructions. - Range Management: Serve as a Range Safety Officer (RSO) , overseeing static and dynamic live-fire ranges to ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols.
