Job description

Overview: As an HCM Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting, analyzing, and enhancing the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Dayforce .You will collaborate closely with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Leadership teams to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective system integration. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage system configurations, projects, and enhancements within the Dayforce platform that support organizational goals and workforce initiatives. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be within driving distance of one of our offices in Erie, Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia, with preference to the Erie Region. The position will follow a hybrid work model with a combination of onsite and remote work based on team and business needs.
