Compensation Amount: 17.75 USD Hourly Job Summary: The Recreation Supervisor assists the General Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of unit operations and floor management, including equipment and property to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives. In addition, the Marina Supervisor assists in cultivating a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level. The Recreation Supervisor will be in charge of the non-motorized paddle rental dock. Prior experience with these types of boats is preferred. This will be a full-time, year-round position. Working on site is required for this role. Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
