Essential Functions & Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: - Acquires new clients and assets consistent with corporate goals and objectives. - Provides education on investment concepts and available products. - Analyzes and develops financial planning and investment needs of clients and prospects. Consults and recommends financial strategies and products. - Develops and cultivates an internal and external referral network. - Maintains a strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies and investment products. - Identifies and facilitates cross selling opportunities. - Serves as a backup for other position(s) and performs other duties, as assigned. * - Enhances career through work experience and continuing education. * - Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. * - Participates and responds to examinations, audits and third party reviews. * - Complies with the Information Security Program and is accountable for maintaining a high level of risk and security awareness. * - Establishes a good image for the Bank by being active and visible in the community. * - Attends meetings as assigned. * - Develops a working knowledge of the...
