Description Title: Retail Manager: Reports to: Director of Retail Operations Supervises: Retail Sales Associates: Position: Full-time, Salaried: Location: Leadership Center, Tampa, FL: POSITION OVERVIEW: The Retail Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day retail operations while supporting key revenue channels, including in-store sales, eCommerce fulfillment, and specialty programs such as Build-A-Bear. This role ensures a high-quality customer experience, drives operational efficiency, and provides leadership to Retail Sales Associates. The Retail Manager also supports pop-up retail events and provides coverage across store locations as needed. This role offers a clear pathway for professional growth, with potential advancement to Director of Retail based on performance and organizational needs.
