Job Description: - Operative management of pricing based on internal KPIs, our competitive positioning, and the ABOUT YOU Outlet strategy across currently 16 markets - Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures - Close collaboration with other departments such as Deal Planning, Marketing, and CRM - Identification and development of innovative projects to strengthen our pricing strategies - Creation and continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs - Improvement and implementation of automated processes for price steering Qualifications: - Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field with a strong quantitative focus - 1–3 years of experience in Pricing, Controlling, or Analytics, ideally within the fashion or e-commerce sector - Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers - Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel - Excellent communication skills in English Nice To Have: - German - Initial experience with SQL Additional Information: Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
