Job Title: Carpenter We are looking for both trim carpenters and Framers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: - Prepares reconstruction plans by following company procedures for returning a structure back to its original state before the damaged occurred - Produces quality repairs by following company standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments - Determines material requirements and dimensions of structure by studying blueprints, sketches, building plans, estimates and/or work orders - Constructs and/or repairs by marking cutting and assembly of materials; shaping materials to measurements; assembling and fastening; using carpenter's hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery - Constructs, repairs, restores and installs structures such as floors, doors, walls, windows, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves and roofs.
