Job Details With a commitment to patient- and family-centered care, the professional nurse uses the nursing process in ways that values the uniqueness of each individual and addresses the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of the diversity of patients served by Jefferson Health. Assists in leading the daily operations of a specific unit. Acts as a resource, lead, and clinical role model for the patient care team. Advances and oversees patient care standards of the unit for the designated shift. Also facilitates and coordinates patient care delivery and flow through the continuum of care.
