The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Facility Service Operations Manager and for continuous self-improvement of skills and expertise. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community from both a preventative and corrective standpoint. A working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances, such as stoves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators are required, as well as familiarity with electricity, plumbing, and carpentry. Duties include but not limited to: - Complete service requests promptly and efficiently. Service requests often involve plumbing (where License is not required), minor appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, and everyday routine maintenance of the interior of homes, buildings and building exteriors. - Routine pool maintenance where applicable; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Permit a plus. - Grou...
