Miller International, Inc. , is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor at our Distribution Center in Memphis. Other duties may be assigned. · Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables you to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. · Perform receiving, shipping, stocking/inventory, and general warehouse functions. May include either international or domestic receipts or shipments. · Operate material handling equipment and possess and maintain required certifications if needed · Understand and direct all functions of the DC when required. · Coordinate all functions of the DC to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction, both internal and external. · Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment and ensure that subordinate employees are in compliance with company and department safety polices. · Manage team performance, provide adequate training for employees, coach, counsel, motivate, and evaluate employees.
