Lead Warehouse/Yard Associate

Description Position Summary: The Yard Foreman position supports the successful operations of the business by adding the day day-to-day operations of the Yard. Additionally, the foreman ensures that workers are performing their tasks correctly and that yard associates are trained to perform their duties safely and efficiently. Compensation: is $22-25 an hour, depending on experience ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - PVC routing, loading, cutting, and cycle counts. - Assures that the yard is in good safe working order. - Checks work orders to make sure appropriate equipment is staged for loading. - Assists customers by filling orders and loading trucks. - Inspects returned equipment for damage during the rental period. - Maintains a checklist of equipment status. - Ensures safe work habits for all staff through supervision and training. - Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager. - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Requirements: REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: We’ve got you covered.
